The act directs the commissioner of education (commissioner), in collaboration with the executive director of the department of higher education (executive director) and the chair of the state work force development council (council chair), to convene the secondary, postsecondary, and work-based learning integration task force (task force) to develop recommendations to support the expansion and alignment of programs that integrate secondary, postsecondary, and work-based learning opportunities throughout the state.
