Motor Vehicle Stunt Drive & Takeover Penalties

AI-generated

House Bill 26-1329, also known as the "Motor Vehicle Stunt Drive & Takeover Penalties" bill, makes it illegal in Colorado for individuals to engage in dangerous driving activities like street takeovers, racing, drag racing, and stunt driving on public roads. The law also penalizes passengers who ride with drivers involved in these activities or those who knowingly watch such events.
