Summary

Supplemental appropriations - the department of state. The 2018 general appropriation act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the total amount appropriated to the department of state. The cash funds portion of the appropriation is increased. The 2017 general appropriation act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the total amount appropriated to the department of state. The cash funds portion of the appropriation is increased. Appropriations made in Senate Bill 18-150, concerning measures to facilitate voter registration of individuals in the criminal justice system, is amended to specify the uses for the appropriated money.
